The iPhone Dev Team finally made it: The did the jailbreak for the iPhone 1.1.3.
The iPhoe Dev Team will release the jailbreak 1.1.3 in February. This late release Date is, because the iPhone Dev Team will prevent, that Apple can react before the official SDK Release of the iPhone and close the doors again. If Turbosim Cards will work after the iPhone 1.1.3 jailbreak isn´t known yet. Stay tunes for updates!

that video shows an iPod touch though, so I'm not so sure if the iPhone will react as such.
I bought a bunch of the cards out there and the only ones that worked was this X-SIM from China and the GodSIM from the US. The ones that didn't work were TurboSIM, StealthSIM, and HyperSIM.
Just keeping the iPhone community informed. Test it for yourselves to be 100% sure if you can afford it.
